If you have a problem with one of our products. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with one of our products please contact our customer care executive at to discuss the issue.


If our customer services or technical staff are unable to diagnose the problem over the telephone or by email then you may be asked to return the product to us for analysis. You will be asked to complete a returns form and you will be allocated a unique returns number for tracking purposes. Please do not return products to us without a returns number as we will be unable to track your product without one.  Please fill in the return of material application (called as Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA) form. After the approval of the submitted data, you will receive the RMA number & shipping instructions from us by e-mail. Please ensure you have read & understood our warranty terms before filling in the RMA form.




Below is merchandise return authorized (RMA form). To process return or exchange or repair of purchase products, please fill the below form and send. The Products must be returned with the copy of original invoice. The packing must be done as per the instruction given below. The package must be prepaid sent by regular courier/cargo freight forwarder along with RMA form.

Instruction to follow after you submit the RMA application form:

You will receive email with valid RMA Number from us. Please attach the copy of RMA Form with goods return. Please check below specify documents are attach along with good return. Ship your consignment to customer care executive.

  • Copy of original invoice
  • RMA Form print
  • Customer debit note/ declaration/ delivery note


Packing instructions:

  • Proper/Original packing box
  • Foam/sponge for safety
  • Insulate the electrical wires or contacts to avoid short circuit in transit.
  • Keep a copy of documents inside the box as per checklist in point (3)
